Greenpeace toxics campaigner Ramapati Kumar states, “The plan (by HCL for eco-friendly products) is not only shockingly inadequate, but also ignores the responsibility on their part to manufacture clean products.” He even calls HCL’s statement on RoHS compliance “specious & misleading”.
